LineTen has worked since 2013 to make life easier for restaurant and logistics operators with an evolving suite of solutions. Our journey began with a simple vision to streamline food delivery operations and today we provide software and tools that connect clients with their customers and channel partners in uniquely efficient ways.

Built From the Inside Out

LineTen wasn’t born from a pitch deck or a VC fund — it was forged in the trenches of real restaurant operations. We have understood firsthand that, in enterprise-scale hospitality, the Point of Sale (POS) system is the beating heart of the business. It’s not just where food gets rung up. It’s what drives kitchen workflows, reconciliation processes, tax calculations, inventory tracking — the works. Without a functioning POS, nothing else really works.

 

So while modern UX has moved ahead, many enterprise POS systems — especially legacy platforms — remain clunky, rigid, and slow to adapt. This created a massive gap in design between the modern way consumers order online and how staff are expected to interact with these outdated systems. That disconnect created opportunity.

 

LineTen began as a custom dev shop helping major restaurant groups bridge that gap. Our earliest clients were already thinking about digital retail at scale. We helped them connect the dots — from online ordering, to kitchen tickets, to backend reconciliation — through tightly integrated, purpose-built tools.

 

We saw the same patterns repeat across brands. So we stopped reinventing the wheel and built a product suite instead.
